The Pharmacy Council of India in its decision on 30.11.2023 has considered all pending applications with or without deficiency in terms of order dated 29.11.2023 of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Cont. Cas 1705 of 2023 and other connected matters whereby the Hon’ble Court had directed the Pharmacy Council of India to grant the approval to all institutions whose applications are pending for approval, though their deficiencies were communicated or not, subject to such institutions submitting an affidavit in 2 days with an undertaking to remove their respective deficiencies, if any, within a period of 7 days thereafter.

The Pharmacy Council of India, therefore, on 30.11.023 has decided as under-
The institution is granted permission for the Academic Year 2023-24, however subject to the Principal of the Institution submitting an undertaking on an affidavit within 2 days to the effect that the deficiencies pointed out in the inspection stands rectified within a period of 7 days thereafter.

1. Experience of Principal and one B Pharm Faculty is less.
2. Salary Proof of Other faculty was not available.
3. Some appointed Faculty shown during inspection seems to be fictions.
4. CA certified Bills, Building Insurance certificate, IP was not available.
5. Seminar Hall facilities and preparation room was not furnished.
6. Social Pharmacy lab is not as per norms /furnished properly.
