The Pharmacy Council of India in its decision on 30.11.2023 has considered all pending applications with or without deficiency in terms of order dated 29.11.2023 of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Cont. Cas 1705 of 2023 and other connected matters whereby the Hon’ble Court had directed the Pharmacy Council of India to grant the approval to all institutions whose applications are pending for approval, though their deficiencies were communicated or not, subject to such institutions submitting an affidavit in 2 days with an undertaking to remove their respective deficiencies, if any, within a period of 7 days thereafter. The Pharmacy Council of India, therefore, on 30.11.023 has decided as under-
The institution is granted permission for the Academic Year 2023-24, however subject to the Principal of the Institution submitting an undertaking on an affidavit within 2 days to the effect that the deficiencies pointed out in the inspection stands rectified within a period of 7 days thereafter. If any deficiency found subsequently on inspection, the institution will not be considered for approval for 2024-2025 academic session. Labs & Library needs upgradation. More Books & Equipments required Model Pharmacy not shown. Salary Proof of Staff not given with Bank detail. Teacher cadre Ratio to be maintained. Lab Working Bench are not perfect. D.Pharm |
