Wherever the council has granted approval for conduct of 1st year course in respect of Diploma/ Degree/both Diploma and Degree/ Pharm.D course in Pharmacy, said approval is subject to following conditions –
–      Regarding D.Pharm course, it was further decided that –
a)   above approval is subject to submission of consent of affiliation of Examining Authority for starting of the above pharmacy course(s) before making admission.b)   no admission shall be made without submission of consent of affiliation of Examining Authority to PCI.
c)   in case the consent of affiliation of Examining Authority is not obtained and submitted to PCI before making admissions, the above approval granted by the PCI shall be deemed to be withdrawn and consequences thereof shall rest on the institution and the PCI in no way shall be responsible for the same.
–      Regarding B.Pharm course, it was further decided that –
a)   above approval is subject to submission of consent of affiliation of Examining Authority and NOC/Approval of the State Govt. for starting of the B.Pharm course before making admission.
b)   no admission shall be made without submission of above documents to PCI.
c)   in case the above document/(s) are not obtained and submitted to PCI before making admissions, the above approval granted by the PCI shall be deemed to be withdrawn and the consequences thereof shall rest on the institution and PCI in no way shall be responsible for it.
–      Regarding Pharm.D course, it was further decided that –
a)   above approval is subject to submission of consent of affiliation of Examining Authority for starting of the above pharmacy course(s) before making admission.
b)   no admission shall be made without submission of consent of affiliation of Examining Authority to PCI.

1. in case the consent of affiliation of Examining Authority is not obtained and submitted to PCI before making admissions, the above approval granted by the PCI shall be deemed to be withdrawn and consequences thereof shall rest on the institution and the PCI in no way shall be responsible for the same.

–      Regarding B.Pharm (Practice) course, it was further decided that – a)   above approval is subject to submission of consent of affiliation of Examining Authority for starting of the above pharmacy course(s) before making admission. b)   no admission shall be made without submission of consent of affiliation of Examining Authority to PCI. c)   in case the consent of affiliation of Examining Authority is not obtained and submitted to PCI before making admissions, the above approval granted by the PCI shall be deemed to be withdrawn and consequences thereof shall rest on the institution and the PCI in no way shall be responsible for the same.
