Grant approval for 2023-2024 academic session for raise in admission

The last approval for 2022-23 academic session is restored and vide notification dt. 22.10.2022 read with 3.11.2022 instructed the institutions to submit affidavit.

In view of above, it was decided to verify the said affidavit during the inspection process of 2023-2024 academic session.

The Pharmacy Council of India in its decision on 30.11.2023 has considered all pending applications with or without deficiency in terms of order dated 29.11.2023 of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in Cont. Cas 1705 of 2023 and other connected matters whereby the Hon’ble Court had directed the Pharmacy Council of India to grant the approval to all institutions whose applications are pending for approval, though their deficiencies were communicated or not, subject to such institutions submitting an affidavit in 2 days with an undertaking to remove their respective deficiencies, if any, within a period of 7 days thereafter.

The Pharmacy Council of India, therefore, on 30.11.023 has decided as under-
The institution is granted permission for the Academic Year 2023-24, however subject to the Principal of the Institution submitting an undertaking on an affidavit within 2 days to the effect that the deficiencies pointed out in the inspection stands rectified within a period of 7 days thereafter.

1. Examining authority approval not shown after repeated request.
2. NOC of the state government not shown after repeated request.
3. Information regarding society / trust , land requirement, building details, faculty details, staff details do not shown as requested.
4. Teaching staff details are not shown.
5. No separate labs for PG, UG and Diploma.
6. No separate classroom shown for PG.
7. Machines are not functional and not in good conditions.
8. Internet is not working properly.
9. Name plates of Plants not displayed in herbal garden.
10. CIF not functional.
11. All instruments in laboratory are not functional.
12. Laboratories are not in good conditions.
13. Computers in computer lab and library is not functional.
14. No functional lab for PG courses applied as working shared with diploma pharmacy & B. Pharmacy
15. Library families are not as per PCI norms.
16. Audited statements not shown.
17. Accounts and other details not shown as technical issue.
18. Basic facilities are not available as per PCI norms as mentioned in the inspector checklist
