1. The Council granted the conditional approval on 30.11.23 to your institution in light of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court order dated 29.11.2023 in Cont. Case 1705 of 2023 and other connected matters whereby the Hon’ble Court had directed the Pharmacy Council of India to grant the approval to all institutions whose applications are pending for approval, though their deficiencies were communicated or not, subject to such institutions submitting an affidavit in 2 days with an undertaking to remove their respective deficiencies, if any, within a period of 7 days thereafter.

2. Accordingly, the Council granted approval to your institution for the Academic Year 2023-24, however subject to the principal of the institution submitting an undertaking on an affidavit within 2 days to the effect that the deficiencies pointed out in the inspection stands rectified within a period of 7 days thereafter.

3. It is, therefore, informed you that even after the lapse of a reasonable time period as granted, the institution has not yet submitted the affidavit to the Council.

Hence, the Council accords the last opportunity to submit the compliance affidavit quo removal of defects by 2.1.2024 as pointed and no further opportunity will be provided to the institution. Also, if the institution fails to submit said compliance affidavit on or before 2.1.2024, the conditional approval granted shall be deemed to be withdrawn with effect from 3.1.2024 and the institution will be solely responsible for any admission in the institution for the academic session 2023-24.

6.1 The latest information on record was placed and considered.

6.2 It was noted that –

a) the Council received complaints against institution.

b) 401 EC (3.10.2023) under Item No.29 decided to arrange surprise inspection by deputing observer and inspectors and authorize the Hon’ble President to give the name of one observer and two inspectors for the surprise inspection.

c) Accordingly surprise inspection was arranged to verify the complaints.

6.3 The Inspection report dt.20.11.2023 to 22.11.2023 was placed and considered which reveals that there is no substance in the complaint against the institutions. Hence, no further action is required.

6.4 In view of above, it was decided to –

i) withdraw the show cause notice from Council’s website regarding not to make admissions from 2023-2024 academic session

ii) reiterate the earlier following approval decision and upload on Council website-
